2023 brought us a Formula 1 debut, the Sphere, and two big hotel openings in Durango and Fontainebleau.

However, 2024 is equally exciting. New openings are in Sin City, including restaurants, bars, golf reinventions, and attractions.

So read on to discover the new things taking shape in Vegas in 2024.

Brasserie B by Bobby Flay

Brasserie B by Bobby Flay is a new French restaurant in Caesars Palace. It opened at the end of last year and exudes a French influence with raw bar offerings, an L-shaped cocktail bar, and an entrance resembling a Parisian storefront. The restaurant is big on frites and serves them with lamb chops, lobster, three different steaks, and pork chops.

Caspian's

Caspian's is located at Caesars Palace, where it features a music lounge and bar for cocktails, caviar, vodka, and champagne. The spot is designed to be a spectacle of brass, gold, onyx, and velvet with a large chandelier.

Esther's Kitchen

Esther's Kitchen is the restaurant responsible for establishing the Downtown Arts District as an up-and-coming dining destination. The restaurant has now replaced the old retro Vegas antique shop next door. The new design debuted in February.

Gordon Ramsay Burger

A new celebrity restaurant is coming to the Flamingo this summer. Gordon Ramsay will open his second burger joint, Gordon Ramsay Burger, in the space formerly occupied by Bird Bar. The new restaurant will overlook the Strip and have an open-air patio where diners can enjoy flame-grilled burgers, truffle fries, and house-made ketchup.

Carama

Carama by Wolfgang Puck is now at Mandalay Bay, while Lupo moved to Downtown Summerlin. Carama is a bit fancier and places a greater emphasis on wine and cocktails.

NORMS

[caption id="attachment_45383" align="alignnone" width="960"] NORMS Restaurants[/caption]

NORMS in West Valley has been a staple in LA for seven decades, but now it's set to come to Las Vegas. The new location will be near Charleston and Decatur. The chain of restaurants is known for its iconic sign, Googie architecture, and classic diner staples like burgers, omelets, country fried steak, and meatloaf.

AREA15 District Expansion – New Entertainment & Attractions

[caption id="attachment_45385" align="alignnone" width="1024"] AREA15[/caption]

AREA15 District is an entertainment and art complex with several buildings and attractions. After the groundbreaking, the complex is expected to expand 20 acres to the north.

Expect to see Horror Unleashed which is a scary year-round attraction by Universal Destinations & Experiences, iFLY Indoor Skydiving (with new vertical wind-tunnel technology), and an outdoor space for pop-up events, featuring a salvaged Boeing 747 that once appeared at Burning Man. The expansion will also create room for additional shopping and dining options.
