Subject to the arbitration provision above, you agree that any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Clark County, Nevada.
YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. We may assign these Terms without restriction. The provisions intended to survive termination shall survive.
