Las Vegas has a new Italian hotspot—and this one arrives with serious pedigree. Caesars Entertainment and Tao Group Hospitality have unveiled Stanton Social Italian at Caesars Palace, a vibrant reimagining of Chris Santos’ beloved Stanton Social brand. Known for its shareable dishes and electric atmosphere, the restaurant now leans into Italian cuisine with a modern, New York–inspired edge.
For Vegas food lovers, this is one of the Strip’s most exciting new openings of the year.
A New Chapter for an NYC Original
Stanton Social first made waves on the Lower East Side back in 2004, quickly becoming a trendsetter for communal dining. The Las Vegas evolution keeps that same social spirit but shifts its culinary spotlight—this time toward the flavors of iconic Italian neighborhoods like Little Italy and the Bronx.

“The next chapter for Stanton Social focuses on classic Italian cuisine,” says Chef Chris Santos, the creative mind behind the concept. “We wanted a fresh, whimsical approach that still keeps the balance of creativity and familiarity people love about Stanton Social.”
The result? A high-energy Italian dining experience that feels both elevated and playful—very Vegas, and very Caesars Palace.
A Menu Designed to Share (and Show Off)
Expect bold flavors, creative plating, and the kind of dishes that practically beg to be photographed.
Highlights include:
-
Fritto Misto – calamari, shrimp, squash, and cherry peppers with arrabbiata and lemon aioli
-
Heirloom Tomato Salad – whipped burrata, basil pesto, and balsamic
-
Hamachi Crostata – yellowtail with confit tomatoes, basil, and crisp lavash
-
House-made Cavatelli Wagyu Bolognese – rich, herb-packed, and comforting
Tableside showpieces steal the spotlight with Vegas-worthy flair. The Extra Crispy Chicken Parmigiana arrives with San Marzano sauce and molten mozzarella fondue, while the Choice Super Tomahawk is served with Barolo-braised short rib and a bone marrow flambé for dramatic effect.
And don’t even think about leaving without dessert. The Limoncello Tiramisu and the whimsical Spumoni “Milkshake”—complete with brownie bites, pistachio mousse, cherry compote, and an edible chocolate cup—are pure crowd-pleasers.
An Energetic New Addition to the Strip
“We know our guests love Italian cuisine and exciting dining experiences,” says Terrence O’Donnell, SVP and General Manager of Caesars Palace. “Stanton Social Italian delivers both. The new menu perfectly showcases Chef Santos’ creative takes on classic flavors.”
The atmosphere matches the food—stylish, social, and buzzing with energy. It’s the perfect place to kick off a night out, celebrate with friends, or simply indulge in some of the Strip’s best new Italian dishes.
