Rather than watching from afar, guests are immersed in a narrative brought to life by an eclectic cast of world-class entertainers curated by OTBA — a company known for producing shows for top-tier musicians, residencies and global events. Highlights include Wagyu Wonton Soup, Caviar Frites, King Crab “California Roll,” Surf & Turf Roll, and a show-stopping General K’s Hot & Sour Lobster served family-style. Dessert steals the spotlight with playful creations like the Dubai Disco Ball and Mayfair’s Rose, both designed to dazzle as much as they delight.
