Following a complete creative reimagination, The Mayfair Supper Club has officially returned to Bellagio Resort & Casino, unveiling an all-new production alongside an expanded culinary and cocktail program. The relaunch marks a bold new chapter for one of Las Vegas’ most coveted dinnertainment destinations.

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Fountains of Bellagio, The Mayfair once again delivers a glamorous night where elevated cuisine and live performance share center stage. Produced by award-winning Outside The Box Amusements (OTBA), the new production unfolds as a dreamlike spectacle, building throughout the evening with live music, choreography, acrobatics and unexpected moments — all seamlessly woven into the dining experience.

“The Mayfair is bringing back the magic that defines Las Vegas, where you never quite know where the night will lead,” said Ari Kastrati, Chief Content, Hospitality and Development Officer at MGM Resorts International. “Every element – from the production and food to the cocktails – works together to create an experience designed to surprise, seduce and linger well beyond the final course.”

A Cinematic Night of Spectacle

Guests enter a film noir-inspired dreamscape where each phase of the evening becomes a distinct chapter. The experience transitions effortlessly from live music to dance, stunts and jaw-dropping aerial acts, performed in avant-garde fashion throughout the dining room.

Rather than watching from afar, guests are immersed in a narrative brought to life by an eclectic cast of world-class entertainers curated by OTBA — a company known for producing shows for top-tier musicians, residencies and global events. Cutting-edge lighting, immersive sound and innovative aerial apparatuses transform dinner into a fully sensory journey.

“It is a special challenge to blend a large-scale theatrical production into a restaurant experience,” said Randy Weiner, principal at OTBA. “We relish the opportunity to transform dinner into a dreamlike theatrical journey told in distinctive chapters, so guests can return at different times and enjoy an entirely new evening.”

Bellagio’s culinary team introduces more than a dozen new signature dishes designed to be as visually striking as they are indulgent. While classics like Prime Rib and Roasted Half Chicken remain, the new menu breathes fresh life into supper club fare with global influences and theatrical tableside presentations.

Highlights include Wagyu Wonton Soup, Caviar Frites, King Crab “California Roll,” Surf & Turf Roll, and a show-stopping General K’s Hot & Sour Lobster served family-style. Dessert steals the spotlight with playful creations like the Dubai Disco Ball and Mayfair’s Rose, both designed to dazzle as much as they delight.

At the bar, The Mayfair doubles down on showmanship with cocktails served in imaginative vessels — including pipes, corsets and high heels. The new cocktail menu balances premium spirits and fresh-pressed juices with visual flair. Standouts include the Corset made with Cincoro Blanco Tequila, the Champagne-topped High Heel, and the Jalisco Old Fashioned crafted with a Komos Extra Añejo MGM Special Edition.

A New Era for a Vegas Icon

With its immersive production, elevated cuisine and theatrical cocktails, The Mayfair Supper Club reclaims its place as a must-experience Las Vegas night out — one where dinner, performance and spectacle collide in unforgettable fashion.
