If you love seafood, this city won't disappoint.
Many people looking for a seafood place have asked me where they can find the best seafood in town. After months of investigation, I can confidently list ten amazing spots. Today, I'm talking about Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak, & Stone Crab, Las Vegas.
Why Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak, & Stone Crab Has Great Seafood in Las Vegas
Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak, & Stone Crab is inside the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. It's an iconic dining destination that dates back to 1913 in Miami. But it feels right at home here on the Las Vegas Strip. It's a classic American steakhouse with an indoor patio that lets you view shoppers making their rounds. This restaurant has a very dense menu. Pick eaters and food snobs will both be happy. For example, it has a 16-ounce bone-in fillet with a rewarding, deep flavor if you want something familiar. The grilled seafood plate gives you scallops, lobster, and shrimp.
However, the best reason to visit Joe's is to taste its signature stone crabs that are traditionally in season between October and May. The restaurant flies them from the Gulf of Mexico. They have ample meat and when you crack them open at the table, you can dip them in a house-made mustard source or mix them with your steak if you want the ultimate surf n' turf. I should also point out that Joe's has a killer crab cake and is one of the few restaurants in Las Vegas that serves the Manhattan-style clam powder, also popularly known as "the red kind."
