The Mayfair Supper Club at Bellagio Unveils a Dazzling New Evolution for New Year’s Eve

The Mayfair Supper Club at Bellagio Resort & Casino, one of Las Vegas’ most iconic dining-and-entertainment venues, is preparing for a major transformation. Partnering with Outside The Box Amusements (OTBA) — known for Usher’s acclaimed Las Vegas residency and other high-profile productions — The Mayfair will debut an all-new immersive show on New Year’s Eve 2025.

“The Mayfair Supper Club has flipped the script on what’s possible at a Las Vegas restaurant,” said Ari Kastrati, Chief Content, Hospitality and Development Officer at MGM Resorts. “What OTBA has conceptualized is breathtaking and transformative.”

OTBA is assembling a cast of dozens, bringing theatrical artistry to The Mayfair’s already glamorous setting overlooking the Bellagio Fountains. “We’re creating a show that transforms dinner into a dream,” said Randy Weiner, principal at OTBA.

To complement the new production, Bellagio’s culinary team will introduce refreshed dishes, elevated cocktails, and refined versions of Mayfair favorites.

Since opening in 2019, The Mayfair Supper Club has been celebrated as one of Las Vegas’ most unique experiences, blending luxury dining, live entertainment, fashion, and spectacle. Its 2025 reinvention promises an even more immersive chapter.
