Elijah Stepp Jr. Joins TLVTN to Help Shape New Las Vegas Programming

The Las Vegas Television Network (TLVTN) is tapping into real aviation and media expertise with the addition of Elijah Stepp Jr. as Associate Producer. A longtime aviation professional, publisher, and U.S. Army veteran, Stepp will help develop new original shows for the growing Las Vegas-based network.

Stepp’s background is far from ordinary. After serving as a Helicopter Turbine Engine Technician in the 3rd Infantry Division and 101st Airborne Division, he went on to build a 40+ year career with industry leaders like PHI Aviation, StandardAero, West Star Aviation, Satcom Direct, and AircraftLogs. He also founded BizAvJets, co-founded BizAvJets USA Magazine, launched Veteran Transition Advocate Magazine, and authored Beyond the Wrench.

For the past two years, Stepp has trained under TLVTN founder Jon Fondy, learning the ropes of television production. Now, he’s stepping into a bigger creative role as the network expands its lineup.

Among the new programs in development are a business aviation series (“Vegas at 30,000 Feet”), a stand-up comedy competition (“Las Vegas Laughs”), and a vocal performance showcase (“Vegas Stage”). Stepp will help guide concept development and production as these projects move forward.

Fondy says Stepp brings a unique mix of leadership and creative vision, adding, “His background in aviation, media publishing, and content strategy brings an important dimension to the network.”

Stepp will continue running his aviation and publishing ventures while helping TLVTN build fresh, locally driven programming.
